Q. Can you ship to the USA?

A. No, sorry! It takes too long for the squares to get there so compromises their freshness.


Q. I want to order a box to arrive on (insert date here), when should I order?

A. Order at least a week in advance and add a note with your order, detailing the date for which you want the box to arrive. I'll do my best to see the order arrives on or before that date.


Q. I'm thinking about placing a large order, can I have some free samples?

A. Sorry, I don't give out free samples at the moment, but feel free to place an order for a variety box to try out a range of squares.


Q. Are you able to give discounts on large or wholesale order?

A. Yes, just send me a message detailing what you're after.


Q. Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

A. All products are suitable for vegetarians. Currently, all products contain eggs, milk or butter so are not suitable for vegans. However, in the near future, I hope to bring out a range of tasty vegan-suitable squares. If you would like to be updated on this, sign up to the newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of the page.


Q. Do you have any gluten free products?

A. Yes! The fudge and macarons are gluten free, if you search the website for "gluten free" you should find all of the gluten free products available. Although these products do not use gluten containing ingredients, they are all baked in the same kitchen and although I try my best to avoid cross-contamination, they may still contain traces of gluten. 


Q. Do you have a shop?

A. No, only an online shop at the moment.


Subscription FAQs

Q. After I subscribe, when will I receive my squares?

A. If you opted for the monthly box, your first box will be sent 1-2 days after your subscription has been received, delivery takes approximately 3 working days.
For the weekly boxes, your squares will be sent on the Monday or Tuesday of each week.


Q. I don't like (insert ingredient/square here) can you please not include it in my boxes?

A. Yes, after you subscribe you should be taken to a page with a short form that you can fill out where you can specify anything you really do or really don't like. Please bear in mind, if you give a huge list of things you don't like, it might not be possible to exclude all of these all the time. 


Q. Can I just order a one off box without subscribing?

A. Yes, you can order a variety box by clicking here or take a look around the site for the other boxes available.


Q. How can I change the delivery address for my subscription?

A. Please get in touch or send an email to clare@claressquares.co.uk with your current and new address.


Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. Go to the unsubscribe page and fill out the short form.
